About Julia Moore
I have always been captivated by nature and the sciences, finding passion in creating beautiful scientific and medical illustrations that help others understand and connect with the natural world.
​
For the past 10 years, I have worked as a medical illustrator at Amicus Visual Solutions, a medical-legal firm specializing in creating illustrations for court use. I have also collaborated with various companies to produce scientific infographics published in textbooks, magazines, online platforms, and international publications. In addition to my illustration work, I offer botanical and field sketching classes.

I hold a BFA in Scientific and Preparatory Medical Illustration with a minor in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
